Harold Owen Wilkins, Sr.

Four Oaks - Harold Owen Wilkins, Sr., 88, died Thursday. A native of Johnston County, he was the son of the late Luke and Blanche Cofield Wilkins and was a veteran of WW II. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Sunday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Garner. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park with military honors. He is survived by daughters, Bonnie Radford (Mike) of Garner, Linda Prichard (John) of Holly Springs and Beth Yarborough (Ben) of Wilmington; son Harold O. Wilkins, Jr. Hank (Cynthia) of Four Oaks.; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ann Moore Wilkins; daughter, Wanda Jean and three brothers and one sister. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30-2:00 pm Sunday prior to the service.
