Hazel Marie Francis

Hazel Harmon Francis, 92, of Angier, NC. , passed away Feb. 22, 2015. Mrs. Francis was born in Powellsville N. C. to the late Lee Ander and Katie Harmon. She was preceded in death by her husband Capt. Clyde Francis. Hazel Francis had retired from Southern Bank in Lewiston, N. C. She was a member of Connaritsa Baptist Church of Aulander, N. C. and served as Church Clerk for 34 years. Hazel Francis is survived by her daughter Betty F. Odom and husband Frank of Angier; her grandchildren Sherri P. Arnao and husband Bob, and Jeff Odom, great granddaughters Brittney Polky and Chelsie Gonzalez and great-great grandsons Ayden and Eli. She has one sister Carolyn H. Reynolds of Augusta, Ga. There will be a Graveside service Wed. Feb. 25, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Ahoskie Cemetery Ahoskie, NC In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Connaritsa Baptist church P.O. Box 160 Aulander, NC 27805.
