Helen Mae Weatherspoon Moore

Garner – Helen Mae Weatherspoon Moore, 83, passed away at her home Saturday surrounded by her loving family. She was the daughter of the late Fannie Guy Weatherspoon and John Junious Weatherspoon. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 at 1 PM in the Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at Montlawn Memorial Park. Helen will lie in state at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home in Garner, Tuesday from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM with no family present. In addition to her husband , Billy V. Moore she is survived by sons; Michael Moore (Judy) of Garner, Steve Moore (Taylor Walters) of Clayton, daughter; Erin Moore of Apex, grandchildren; Hunter Moore of Garner, Elizabeth Moore (Hayley Garrett) of High Point, Jeremy Moore of Raleigh, Brian Paulson (Shannon Paulson) of Youngsville, Samantha Paulson of Albemarle, brother; Robert Weatherspoon (Jewel Weatherspoon) of Hampstead, great grandchildren; Kyrie, Marley and Easton Moore, special friends; Linda Blake, Doris and Phillip Pendergraft and Elsie. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers; Jackie Weatherspoon, James Weatherspoon, Bill Weatherspoon and Howard Weatherspoon. A special thank you to Transitions Lifecare nurses Ann and Aliesha, who prepared Helen for her trip to meet Jesus.
