Helene Emily Fragnito

Helene Emily Fragnito, 99, of Raleigh died peacefully at her residence on Thursday, October 31, 2019. She was born on September 11, 1920 in Yukon, Canada and lived most of her life in New York. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward a WWII Veteran and son, Robert a Vietnam Veteran. Surviving are her grandson, Christopher Fragnito and wife Trisha and their children, Hunter and Hudson; grandson, Jason Fragnito and his children, Victoria, Michael, Christopher and Alyssa; granddaughter, Frances Prieto and husband Jason, and their children, Amelia and Sadie; granddaughter, Rebecca Hilbert and husband James and their children, Sam, Madelyn and Jacob; daughter-in-law, Donna Lewis. A funeral service will be held 4:00 pm Sunday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 831 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh, NC 27604. Interment will be held at 11:00 am Monday at Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3:00 pm – 4:00 pm Sunday prior to the chapel service.
