ANGIER - Henry David Jones, 70, of Angier, died Saturday. He was the former owner of Royal Cleaners and Plaza Tire and Auto. A native of Chatham Co. and long time resident of Angier, he was the son of Peggy Jones and the late Paul L. Jones. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Hughes Jones and sister, Judy Jones Fountain. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday at Neills Creek Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Surviving: daughters, Amy Jones Johnson and husband, Will of Lillington and Alicia Jones Allred and husband, Bill of Saxapahaw; mother, Peggy Jones of Angier; grandchildren, Elizabeth and Eric Johnson; sisters, Anne J. Suggs and Jean J. Matthews, both of Angier; brother, Paul Bo Jones and wife, Bobbie of Angier. The family will receive friends 6:00 - 8:00 PM Monday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to the David Jones Memorial Fund at Neills Creek Baptist Church, 4200 Neills Creek Road, Angier, NC 27501
