Henry Weeks Brock

Henry W. Brock died Sunday, December 16, 2012 at Rex Hospital. Henry was a life long member of Maple Grove United Methodist Church in Dunn, NC. He also attended Forest Hills Baptist Church with his wife Ann. Henry was with Gulf Oil Corporation for 28 years and Fowler Oil Company for 14 years. He retired in 1990. He served his country with honor in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a Mason and a Shriner and member of the American Legion. He is survived by Wife Ann McKinney Brock; Daughter Melanie Robinson and husband David of Oak Island; Son Randy Brock of Raleigh; Grand daughter Tori Brock; Step Daughter Pam Williams of Raleigh; Step grandson Nicholas Vevurka and wife Trish of Charlotte; Sister Sue Thornton and husband JL of Dunn; Brother-in-law Frank Held of Raleigh; many nieces and nephews and the Hayes Family from Louisburg and many extended family members. He was preceded in death by first wife Maxine Hayes Brock, son Michael; his parents and sisters Mary Tart and Ella Held. Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be held after the Service and there will be a private Family Burial.
