James "Bryson" Lee

November 4, 2000 — December 31, 2023

WAKE FOREST- James “Bryson” Lee, 23, passed away on Sunday. Born in Wake County, he was the son of his mother, Wendy Sue Grant (Shane) of Willow Spring and his father, Jamie Lee (Melissa) of Wake Forest.

How do you describe an angel on earth in only a few paragraphs? “Bboy” or Bba” as he was well known as, earned his nickname at birth. At almost 9 lbs he was a beautiful, blue eyed, blonde haired healthy baby boy who absolutely had his mother and fathers’ heart from the first moment they laid eyes on him. Through the years, Bryson grew up to be such an amazing boy! He could make you laugh without trying and was always doing something to cut up while always being sensitive to others feelings. He had such a loving and tender heart.

Bryson loved doing frisbee trick shots and had a passion for posting them online, gaining the attention of some famous trick shot professionals. He loved wrestling and mostly anything he owned for a certain period was WWE, going to any match his parents could get him to. He went onto High School, graduating from Cleveland High in 2019.

Bryson made one of his biggest achievements when he became a father on New Year's Eve in 2019. James Mason Lee was the highlight of Bs life. They made many special memories together and Mason is just as sweet as that blonde-haired, blue-eyed baby boy that stole all our hearts all those years ago.

He will be forever missed by his mother, Father, Sister and the rest of his extended family and friends. There are no words to express our loss at this time. Please continue to keep his family, especially his siblings and son in your thoughts and prayers.

A service celebrating Bryson’s life will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, January 11th in the chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 1200 Benson Rd. Garner, NC 27529. Any flowers that are sent for Bryson's service are appreciated by the family.
