James “Jamie” Bland Massey

RALEIGH – James Bland Massey James “Jamie” Bland Massey, 46, passed away on March 4, 2019 at home. Jamie was preceded in death by his father, Elton James Massey. He is survived by his mother Shirley Bland Massey of Raleigh; sisters Wendy Silver and husband Daryl of Garner, Sherry Bridges and husband Jerry of Four Oaks; niece, Hannah Bridges and nephew, Joshua Bridges. The family expresses their deepest gratitude to the truly incredible Emily Clark, Evette Clement, Jeff Neer and all the members of the UNC ACT Team – Wake County for the outstanding care and very meaningful friendship shown to Jamie as well as his family over many years. The family will receive friends on Sunday, March, 10, from 3 PM to 4 PM, at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home in Garner.
