Fuquay-Varina - James Kelly Cates, 40, passed away peacefully in his home on Tuesday, July 27th. James is survived by his father Phillip and wife Roxanne, a sister Reagan, a brother Ronnie and wife Amanda, a nephew Nick, a niece Taylor, and other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his mother, Joy Cates. A memorial service will be held at Bryan Lee Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 4th, at 10 o’clock in the morning.
