James Locklear

James F. Locklear, 72, of Raleigh passed away Thursday evening. A memorial service will be held on Thursday at 1:00pm in the chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home in Garner.He touched the lives of everyone he came into contact with and will be dearly missed by all. Stephen Davis will officiate. He was born in Durham County to the late Arthur  and Esther Williams Locklear. He was a mechanic for Hertz Rental Trucks after many years of dedicated and loyal service. He leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Gary and Ronnie Locklear; two daughters, Lisa and Tundra Williams; three brothers, Jerry, Robert, and Stanley and two sisters, Esther and Lois Locklear. Flowers are welcome.
