James Mcgee Riddle, Sr.

Cary – James McGee Riddle, Sr., 93, passed away on Saturday, November 7.  Mr. Riddle was a retired printer with Nationwide Insurance Company and a veteran of World War II, having served in the US Navy. Surviving are his son, James M. Riddle, Jr. and his wife, Bonnie, and grandchildren, Danielle Compton and her husband Norman and their children Trey and Gabby, Crystal Jones and her daughter Bayley, and Jamie Kurtz and her children Hunter and Chase. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 10, at 2 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 831 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh.  Burial will follow at Historic Oakwood Cemetery.   The family will receive friends at the funeral home for one hour prior to the service. The family would like to thank the staff of Sanford Health and Rehabilitation and Liberty Hospice Services for the loving care that they provided for Mr. Riddle.
