James Moe Oscar Poole

GARNER - James Moe Poole, 83, passed away Friday, January 20, surrounded by his loving family. James was a beloved husband, father and friend to many.He was the founder of the Good Ol Boys of Selma High and an avid Blue Devils fan.Funeral services will be Monday 11:00 am at Raleigh First Church of the Nazarene. Burial will follow at Raleigh Memorial Park.Survivors include wife, Janie; daughter, Linda Clement and husband, Ron of Wilsons Mills; sister, Fay Thompson and husband, Carl of Knightdale; brother, Billy Poole and wife, Josephine of Smithfield; his loving grandchildren who knew him only as Pa, Lodie Smith and wife, Jessica of Raleigh, Krissy Wolfe-Smith and husband, Timmy of Angier; great-grandchildren, Taylor, Cooper, Scout and Corbin.The family will receive visitors Sunday, from 2-4 pm at the Raleigh First Church of the Nazarene.In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Raleigh First Church of the Nazarene, 1329 US Hwy 70, Garner, NC. 27529 or Hospice of Wake County, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC, 27607.
