Janie N. Senter

Kipling – Janie Nordan Senter, 86, passed away on Monday at her home surrounded by her loving family. A native of Harnett County, she was the daughter of the late Allen and Esther Nordan. Funeral Services will be held Thursday at 3:00 pm at Kipling United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Olive Branch Cemetery, Kipling. Survivors include her grandchildren, Melissa Roberson of Kipling, Meredith Johnson and husband, John of Zebulon, Joshua Senter of Fuquay-Varina, Haley Senter and Tatum Senter of Angier; great-grandchildren, Breanna Senter and Chandler Carey both of Zebulon; great-grand-dog, Mason of Fuquay-Varina; daughter-in-law, Denise Senter of Angier; God send, Ricky Temple; special friends, Carolyn Eason, Teresa Benson, Xan King, Brookie Cotton and Billie Hamilton. In addition to her parents, Janie was preceded in death by her husband, Fred P. Senter; daughter, Joy Senter; sons, Philip and Scott Senter. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 6:00-8:00 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier.
