Jeannette Clara Julis

Jeannette (Lovas) Julis, 62, of Raleigh, died Thursday at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill. She was a corporate travel agent and a well loved teacher. Jeannette was a beloved wife and mother who loved her family and friends tremendously and also loved cats, especially Cody and Max. She was a smart woman who enjoyed reading and learning new things. She enjoyed playing board games and card games. Surviving are her husband, Ralph Mark Julis; son, Mark Julis of Lake Mary, FL; sister, Joan Staryak (George) of Raleigh; nine nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas and Gregory Lovas. A funeral service will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home Chapel, 831 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh, NC 27604. Interment will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 pm Tuesday.
