GARNER – Jennifer Michelle Chatham, 34, passed away on Friday, December 28, 2018. Funeral services will be 3:00 pm Monday, January 7, 2019 at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel in Garner, NC. The family will receive friends at the funeral home following the service. She is preceded in death by her father, Ronnie Jay Chatham. Jennifer is survived by her mother, Tammy Chatham; three children; sons, Isaac David Wendel, and Dalton Gregory Clowers and daughter, Jodie Renee Howell; brother, Jayson Clark Chatham; grandparents, Lucy Jordan and Bob Chatham.
