Jessie Ruth Flowers Barrington

Garner— Jessie Ruth Flowers Barrington, 92, passed away on Saturday at Lawndale Manor in Garner. Born in Wilson County, Jessie was the daughter of the late, Joseph and Iola Boykin Flowers. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 PM at Hayes Chapel Christian Church, Garner. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park. Jessie is survived by her daughters, Sylvia Barrington Waters and husband, Don, of Garner, Margaret Barrington King and husband, David, of Pfafftown; son, Gene Barrington and wife, Kathy, of Cumming, GA; grandchildren, Beth Barrington Rohr and husband, Jason, Jason Waters and wife, Shannon, Lisa Saad and husband, Mark; four great grandchildren and several beloved nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Jessie was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Barrington. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 PM prior to the service at the church on Tuesday; and other times at the home of Sylvia and Don Waters.
