Jimmie Ray Moxley

Jimmie Ray Moxley passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 17, 2024, surrounded by his family.

He was born on June 6, 1948 in Chattanooga, TN. He will be remembered for his devotion to his lord and savior Jesus Christ, immense love for his family, and gentle spirit that welcomed everyone he met.

Jimmie is survived by his wife of 56 years, Elizabeth Moxley, children, Mark Moxley, Tammy Hamilton and husband, Dan, and Matthew Moxley and wife, Nichol; 8 grandchildren; and a sister, Joy Thomas and husband, Bill. He was predeceased by his parents, Gordon Ray Moxley and Margaret Vivian Moxley, and sister Claudette Faye Boyer.

A celebration of life service will be held in his honor, time and date to be announced.
