Jimmy Ray Clark

Fuquay-Varina- Jimmy Ray Clark, 65, went home to be with his Lord on Tuesday following a brief illness. Jimmy was born in Harnett County on January 29, 1949, but lived most of his life in Wake County. Jimmy was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He loved everything outdoors and never met a stranger. Jimmy is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Jewel Ann, son, Quentin Clark, daughter, Tonya Clark Butler (Jason); granddaughters, Brittany Clark and Jamie Butler; grandsons, Cullen Clark and J. T. Butler; sister, Peggy Thompson (James) and brothers, Bryant Clark and Paul Clark (Wanda) and special friends he considered family, Phillip and Sylvia Blanchard, Luverne and Bonnie Truelove. Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Cavie Clark, sister, Margaret Blanchard, and brothers, Bill Clark, Richard Clark, James Edward Clark and Charlie Clark. Family will receive friends and family from 1-3 pm prior to the service on Saturday. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday in the Chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier. Burial to follow at Wake Chapel Christian Church Cemetery, Fuquay-Varina.
