Jimmy Wayne Williford

Garner - Jimmy Wayne Williford, 64, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, November 13, 2012. He was born in Winston Salem on July 14, 1948 to the late Mattie Lee Davis of Raleigh and Luby Junior Williford of Angier. Family will receive friends from 12-2pm on Saturday at Bryan Lee Funeral Home in Garner. Jimmy, to family & friends, was a dedicated Husband, Father, Brother, & Friend. He was known for his honesty and restoring old cars. He worked at Winn Dixie for 25 years, at Martin Marietta for 12 years & at The News & Observer for 5 years. Many also remember him from Williford Bros Auto (Now known as Tri-County Tire & Automotive). He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years-Yvonne Horne Williford of Garner, Daughter-Kelly Williford of Benson, Son-Wayne Williford of Smithfield, Grand-daughter-Angela Maggard, great grandsons- Jakob, Joshua & Jayden Bender, Sisters-Joyce Casella of Selma, Tina Bridges & husband Kelly of Boone, Brothers-Johnny Williford & wife Teresa of Garner, David Williford of Apex, Timmy Williford of Raleigh. In addition to his parents, Jimmy was preceded in death by his brothers, Benny and Gary Williford and his Grandma Jessie Parrish. Memorial service will be held on Bryan-Lee Funeral Home at 2:00PM, on Saturday, November 17, 2012. Inurnment will follow at Mt.HermanChurch, 8925 White Oak Rd. We Love You Daddy! We will miss you!
