Joan Ann Holt

Joan Ann Holt, 79, passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2020. A native of Reading, PA, Joan was born February 22, 1941 to the late Elmer Leroy and Grace Elva Schaeffer Schlott. She was a longtime CNA and advanced to becoming a nursing supervisor, working until she retired at 72. Due to the current circumstances, the family is holding a private celebration of her life. Joan is survived by her children, Debi Short and husband, Buddy, Greg Holt and wife, Tiffany, Tom Holt and wife, Jackie, and Raymond Holt Jr. and wife, Jean; grandchildren, Zachary Holt, Stephanie Holt, Andrew Sirman, Morgan Holt, Wyatt Holt, Justin Holt, Amy Lynn Strubel, William Short, Matthew Short, Janain Santana, and Christian Arias; and great grandchildren, Joel Sirman, Alex Sirman, Hartley Holt, DeCland Holt, Paisley Holt, Charlotte Holt, Tessa Short, and Dani Rae Short. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 years, Raymond Holt; brothers, Dutch and Sunny Schlott; and a grandson, Dennis Holt.
