Joan Taylor

Joan Woolard Taylor, age 74, passed away at her home on Thursday, March 27, 2025, in Garner, NC. Born September 11, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Claude and Rosie Daniel Woolard.

She is survived by her son, Michael Taylor (Elizabeth); grandson Price Taylor; brother Jimmy Woolard (Wilhelmina); niece, Nicole Smith and many beloved cousins.

In addition to her parents, Joan was preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years, Tommy Taylor; sisters, Wanda Woolard and Vickie Hardy; and nephew, Jerome Woolard.

There are no services scheduled at this time.

Her passions included reading, crossword puzzles, exercising, and chatting/spending time with her grandson.
