Joann Loyer

ANGIER – JoAnn Loyer, 75, passed away Friday, August 21, 2020 in the home of her son, surrounded by her loving family. JoAnn was born in Robeson County on June 23, 1945. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Barnes, Martha Narron; brother, Garry Martin; and step-father, Louis Watkins. She leaves behind to cherish her memory a loving family which includes her daughters, Donna Marie Loyer of Mebane, Cheryl Ann Wall of Goldsboro; son, David Thomas Loyer of Raleigh; mother, Annie Bell Watkins of Garner; grandchildren, Brittany Ann Keith, Cheri Elliott; great-grandchildren, Braleigh Marie Turbeville and Kateria Ann Banks; sister, Carolyn Jones and husband, Danny of Garner; brothers, Ronnie Martin and wife, Sandra of Raleigh, and Ray Martin and wife, Betty of Angier; along with a host of extended family and friends. A celebration of JoAnns life will be hosted by the family at 3:00 pm on Sunday, August 30, 2020 at the home of David Loyer: 6906 Baywood Dr., Raleigh, NC 27613.
