John Cassidy

Angier - John Cassidy, 60, passed away on Monday, March 24th surrounded by his loving family. Born in Rochester New York, he was the son of the late Paul Vincent Cassidy and Sylvia Geraghty Cassidy.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, March 28th in the chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 300 E. McIver St. Angier, NC 27501. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the funeral home. A graveside service will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1621 NC 55 Hwy. Fuquay-Varina, NC.

John is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Connie Cassidy; daughter, Renee Landtroop and husband, Rodney of Fuquay-Varina; son, Dylan Wood and wife, Ashlee of Willow Spring; sisters, Peggy Ethridge and husband, Ezra of Clemmons, Patty Kearns and husband, Ashley of Raleigh, Mary LaBrec and husband, Jim of York, SC; grandchildren, Cyrilla Axtell and husband, Austin, Macie Landtroop, Zane Landtroop, Jase Coor, and Emma Wood; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his daughter, Samantha Coor and a brother, Paul Cassidy.
