GARNER – John Patrick Sheehan, 68, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018. Funeral mass will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at St. Mary Mother of the Church in Garner. Burial will follow in Historic Oakwood Cemetery, Raleigh. A reception will be held after the committal service in the fellowship hall at the church. John was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel J. Sheehan II and Irene A. Sheehan; sisters, Margaret I. Sheehan Mackiewicz, Frances “Molly” Sheehan; and by his brothers, Daniel J. Sheehan III, Michael G. Sheehan. He is survived by his loving family which includes his wife, Janice Vera Sheehan; daughters, Aislinn Kathleen Sheehan, Brenna Sheehan Wright and husband Lucas, Kailie Patricia Sheehan; sisters, Mary Kathleen Moony and husband Thomas, Bridget Ann Holem and husband James; brother, Timothy James Sheehan; granddaughter, Audrey Madilyn Jones; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
