Joseph Earl Baucom

LILLINGTON – Joseph Earl Baucom passed away peacefully on Monday, September 27, 2021, and went to be with his Lord at the age of 75. He was born on July 16, 1946. He was preceded in death by his parents T.G. and Elizabeth Baucom, a son Joseph Earl Baucom Jr., sister, Patricia Price; brothers; Sherril, Jasper, and Billy Baucom. He is survived by his wife, Linda Baucom of 49 years; children, Janice Lane (Andy), Jo Ann Alexander (Chris), Rebecca Baucom, Adam Baucom (Rachel); 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He was born and raised in Harnett County, and he enjoyed hunting and fishing. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, September 30th at 11:30 AM at Erwin Memorial Park, West A Street Erwin, NC 28339. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 30th from 10:00-10:45 AM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier prior to the graveside service.
