Joseph Raymond Osegueda, Sr.

Joseph R . Osegueda, born June 26, 1939, to Joseph and Agnes Osegueda in Ambridge PA. He graduated from Ambridge High School in 1957. He was a drummer in the high school marching band and a member of several praise and worship teams in Ohio, North & South Carolina over a 40 year span. He is survived by his wife, Jackie, whom he met at the age of 15 and they married in 1960. They remained married for 62 yrs., knowing one another 68 yrs. He is also survived by one brother, Gene, of Lexington SC and three sons, Joe Jr., 58, of Willow Spring, John, 53, of Angier, and Jack, 47, of Garner. He was grandfather of 9 grandchildren, Chuck, Kristen, Justin, Josh, TJ, Trevor, Sara, Curtis, and Jesse; and 11 great grandchildren, Jaden, Zoey, Kelsey, Kaley, Cora, Liam, Adore, Emily, Lucas, Koby, and Eric. He was minister at Freedom Family Fellowship, in Angier and Four Oaks, and Cornerstone Church in South Raleigh. He worked in retail hardware for many years in Ohio and SC and for IBM and Windsorpoint in NC. A Memorial service will be held at Bryan Lee Funeral Home, 1200 Benson Road Garner, NC on March 26, 2022 at 11:00am.
