Joyce Hughes Jones

SEPT. 26, 1939 - AUG. 2, 2012 ANGIER - Joyce Hughes Jones,72, passed away Thursday. A native of Harnett County, she was the daughter of the late Ulius H. Hughes and Lois Pleasant Hughes. Joyce was an accountant with the office of Bill Adams CPA and a member of Neills Creek Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister Brenda Hughes Murray. Funeral Services will be held on Sunday at 3:00 P. M. at Neills Creek Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Surviving are her husband, David Jones, daughters, Amy Jones Johnson and husband, Will of Lillington; Alicia Jones Allred and husband Bill of Saxapahaw; brother, Melvin Hughes and wife, Mamie of Angier; grandchildren, Elizabeth and Eric Johnson. The family will receive friends Saturday from 6:00 - 8:00 P. M. at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier.
