Judith Carolyn Bellamy Rowe

Judith Carolyn Bellamy Rowe, 78, passed away on Tuesday at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home after a long illness. She was born in Raleigh, NC on November 3, 1943, to the late Howard and Nellie Bellamy. She is preceded in death by her brother Norman Bellamy. Judy is survived by her beloved husband of thirty years, Jerry; her children, Ricky Brown, Robi Brown (Joanne), and Jerry’s children Melissa Westendorff (Martin) and Michael Rowe (Carla) whom she considered her own. Her grandchildren are Aaron, Hannah, and Damon Brown, and Eric and Karl Westendorff. She is also survived by her special niece Lori Moser (Ronnie) and sister Joan Sinno (Michael). A private funeral service for the family will be held on Sunday, July 17 at 2:00 p.m. (viewing) and at 2:30 p.m. (service) at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Winston-Salem, NC. A private committal service for family will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, July 18 at Montlawn Memorial Park in Raleigh. Covid protocols will be in place.
