Karen Charlotte Bernstein, 77, died Wednesday at Rex Hospital. Surviving are her brother Charles and his wife Pam, of Mountainside, NJ. A memorial service will be held at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home Chapel, Raleigh, on Monday, July 12, 2021 at 11:00 am. A service of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Raleigh.
