Ken Wheeler, Jr.

GARNER- Kenneth Allen Wheeler, Jr., 72, died Monday. A native of Kingsport, TN, he was the son of the late Kenneth Allen Wheeler and Minnie Frances Cox Wheeler. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Saturday at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00-8:00 pm at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner. Survivors include his daughters, Melinda Munden (Jamie) of Garner and Suzanne Bekielewski (Mike) of Wheeling, IL; son, Jeff Wheeler (Jennifer) of Raleigh; grandchildren, Allison Bekielewski, Ryan Bekielewski, Gabriella Bekielewski, Jaclyn Bekielewski, Jackson Munden, Lucas Munden, and Hannah Wheeler . In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Grada B. Wheeler. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, 3000 E. Garner Road, Raleigh, NC 27610.
