Kenneth Richard Gibson

September 13, 1943 — June 17, 2024

Ken Gibson, a beloved dad, father, uncle, cousin, friend, son, and true "character," passed away on Monday, June 17. Ken leaves behind a legacy of love and dedication through his daughter Kristine Gibson, son Mark Gibson, and grandson Travis Gibson, along with many close friends, nieces, and nephews.

Known affectionately by many as "Grover," "Hoot," or "Gibby," Ken was a man whose sarcastic wit and constant humor made a lasting impression on everyone he met. His love for his family was paramount, and he cherished the memories he created with his wife of 58 years, Toni Gibson who passed away in December 2022.

Ken's 80+ years were marked by unwavering dedication to his family, his work, and every underdog he encountered. His compassion, strength, and humor will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

As we say goodbye dad, we take comfort in knowing that you and mom are together catching up on singing and dancing to the melodies of Roy Orbison and Johnny Mathis, now for eternity.

Thank you, Dad, for everything. Love you always.
