Kenneth Slim Ray Broadwell

June 4, 1947 - February 6, 2012 ANGIER - Kenneth Ray Broadwell, 64, of 16493 NC Hwy 210 passed away on Monday. He was the son of the late Raymond Harley and Joyce Stephenson Broadwell. Funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home with burial to follow at the Stephenson Family Cemetery. He is survived by his wife Margie Adams Broadwell, daughter, Amy Broadwell of Charlotte, son, Tracy 'Slim Jr' Broadwell and wife, Victoria of Cary; step-daughters, Joan Vause of Selma, Rose Wood of Clayton, Wendy Parker of Wilmington; sister, Yvonne Parks and husband Michael of Rocky Mount, brother, Steve Broadwell and wife Lynn C. of Wilson; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends 7:00 - 9:00 PM Wednesday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier, and at other times at the home.
