Kenyon W. Silvey

Garner- Kenyon Walter Silvey, 89, passed away at his home on Sunday. Born in Jamaica, New York, Kenyon was the son of the late Edwin and Juanita Silvey. In recent years, Kenyon enjoyed spending time at the local Garner Senior Center where he loved to participate in Tai Chi, meditation, and played Bridge. Kens family will gather at the Garner Senior Center, 205 E. Garner Rd. Garner, NC 27529 on Thursday, January 17th from 10:00AM-12:00PM for anyone that would like to visit and share memories. Kenyon is survived by his daughter, Sandra Hammel and husband, Ken of Clayton; grandchildren, Jillian Angeli and husband, Heath of Minot, ND, Kimberly Hammel of Clayton; great grandson, Kris Angeli of Minot, ND; daughter-in-law, Barbara Silvey. In addition to his parents, Kenyon was preceded in death by his spouses, Kathryn Silvey and Edith Herbert and his son, Edwin Silvey.
