L. Frank Brinkley

L. Frank Brinkley, 82 of Raleigh, a retired Sgt. 1st Class US Army and retired Carrier with the US Postal Service, died Saturday. He Served with honor in Korea and Vietnam. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday at the Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Garner. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh. Frank is survived by his wife of 53 years, Anna Luise Bex Brinkley, daughters; Pat B. Simmons (David) of Garner, Sharon Lee Blondy Brinkley of Raleigh, sisters; Mary Lou Reagan of Mebane, Sylvia Cadell of Raleigh, Frances Brinkley of Willow Spring, Ann Williams of Benson and Sue Green of Cary, grandchildren; Johanna Simmons and Michael Simmons.
