Larry Robison, Iii

GARNER – Lawrence “Larry” Santifer Robison III, 72, died Sunday at his home. He was the son of the late Lawrence and Sallie Robison of Batesville, Mississippi. Larry graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy in 1966.  He worked as a pharmacist in Garner from 1971-2012. In 1982, he opened Garner Drug, which he owned until selling to Eckerd Drugs in 1997. He retired from Rite Aid Pharmacy in 2012. A memorial service will be held 11:00 am Friday at First Presbyterian Church of Garner. The family will receive friends at the church following the service. Survivors include his wife, Joni Robison; daughter, Lauren Robison Beers (Tom) of Omaha, NE; son, Lars Robison of Raleigh; brother, Rocky Robison (Diane) of Enid, MS. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Sandra Robison Davenport (Gene) of Birmingham, AL.
