Laura Lea Lesarge-Oliver

January 6, 1967 - March 12, 2011 Raleigh - Laura Lea LeSarge-Oliver, 44, a loving wife, mother, sister, and daughter, went home to be with her Lord and savior Saturday, March 13, 2011. She fought against overwhelming odds to win against ovarian cancer for the sake of her family for nearly a year. Laura achieved a Masters degree from Central Michigan University in Speech Pathology and worked as a pediatric speech pathologist for 14 years. During this career, she had an incredible passion for helping others. Services will be a viewing from 7pm - 9pm, Saturday, March 19th at Bryan-Lees Funeral Home, Garner. Her funeral will be at Hollands United Methodist Church, Raleigh at 3:00pm Sunday, March 20th. She loved the Lord, her family, church, and friends and was the center of her familys faith and strength. She will be dearly missed by all. She is survived by her husband Eric of 20 years; sons Michio and Grayson; parents Beverly and Earl LeSarge; brothers Doug, Mark, and Kirk. Special thanks to all those who made her life so special. In lieu of flowers, a special memorial fund has been named 'Laura Oliver Medical Needs Fund'.
