Leigh Nicole Simon

GARNER - Leigh Nicole Simon, 51, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2022. Born January 4, 1971, in Franklin, VA, she was the only daughter of the late Chester Allen Simon and Ruby Joyce Simon.

Mrs. Simon was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother. She served in the healthcare field as a Social Worker for many years and was a graduate of Barton College. She worked in nursing homes using her work to make it easier on families. Most of all, she had a strong faith and love for the Lord. She grew up in the church and continued to place her faith in God and watched over her family as the Lord had done for her.

She is survived by her daughter, Krista-Leigh Diggs, son in law Travis Diggs, grandson Samuel Donatus Diggs and brother Chad Allen Simon, wife Rebekkah; niece Addie Simon and nephew Craig-Allen Simon.
