Leo H. Cochrane

Leo H. Cochrane, 65, passed peacefully at home on March 9, 2020. Leo was born October 9, 1954 to the late Charles “Walter” Walton and Pearl Elizabeth (Pickrem) Cochrane. He was well known to many people both in the Garner area, in Nova Scotia, and across Canada. He was a mechanic for many years and recently owned his own business working in real estate. He was a true family man and his wife, kids, and grandkids were his life. He is survived by his wife of nearly 45 years, Jocelyn Rose (Macumber) Cochrane; daughter, Lisa Alison McDougall and husband, John; grandchildren, Gregory, Alex, and Kenzie McDougall; sisters, Gail McKay (Fisher), Heather Small, Bonnie Drake (Phil), and Jeannie Wrixon (Tom); and a brother, Gary (Mary). In addition to his parents, Leo was preceded in death by a daughter, Traci Leah Cochrane. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Duke Cancer Fund.
