Lillian Hope Pruitt Pagan

RALEIGH- Lillian Hope Pruitt Pagan, 89, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday. Born in Indiana, she was the daughter of the late George Washington and Lillie Augusta Carr Pruitt. A memorial service will be held Friday, 11:00 AM at Hollands United Methodist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Vernon Pagan and her beloved daughter, Tina Louise Pagan and her brother, Al Buddy Pruitt. Survivors include her daughter, Karen Denis of Fuquay-Varina; son, Vernon Rod Pagan and wife, Beth of Townville, SC; twin sister, Lucille Eudy of Raleigh and sister, Rose Marie Martin of Wilmington; grandchildren, Sabrina Denis of Fuquay-Varina, Josh Pagan of Apex and John Pagan of Fort Worth, TX. The family would like to express their appreciation for the visits, food, transportation and support during this time and a special thank you to Dr. Bradley Carlson and his nurse, Lucy who kept such diligent care for her over the years and her very special friend, Nellie Jones.
