Linda B. Jeffries

FUQUAY-VARINA – Linda Jean Baker Jeffries, 71, passed away Friday at Duke University Medical Center. A native of Wake county, she was the daughter of the late Wyatt Baker and Myrtle Partin Baker. A graveside service will be held on Monday at 2:00 PM, October 22st at Willow Spring Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday, October 21st from 6:00-8:00 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home in Angier. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Donald R. Jeffries; sons, Gary R. Jeffries (Jamie), and Stephen D. Jeffries (Kim); sisters, Shirley Baker and Nancy Reavis; brother, Garland Baker; grandchildren, Kelly Johnson (Kyle), Tyler Jeffries, Dylan Jeffries, Paige Jeffries, Trevor Jeffries and Lauren Jeffries; two step-grandchildren, Colton and Camryn Morland; four great-grandchildren, Haley, MaKayla, Karson, and Paislee Johnson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Marie Ashworth; brothers, Ronald, Charles, and James Baker.
