She was blessed with three children and took care of all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
"My reward is caring for my children and my mom till she passed."
She got baptized and gave her life to God after many trials and tribulations but endured with a joyous heart. Family, pastor, friends, and the church most supported her and encouraged her to live.
She leaves to mourn her memory one daughter, Dawn, and two sons, Eric and Keith. She was blessed with many grandchildren, including Brittany, Marquis, Breeanna, Eric Tyquel, Aniyah, Malakhi, Massiah, Isaiah, Egypt, Erin, Vittoria, Madison, and Ajani.

She was also blessed with spiritual mothers and mentors, including Mrs. Beryl, Ms. Margaret Downs, and Johnnie Calhoun. A special friend, Pastor Reverend Belle, played an important role in her life. She was deeply connected to her faith community, with her sister in Christ Elder Jones, Rev. Nate, and Deacon Hughes standing by her side, treating her with respect and dignity.
