Lisa Michele Williams

Lisa Michele Williams of Wilmington lost her battle with cancer Saturday July 12, 2014. Surviving Father & Mother, John & Valerie Williams of Raleigh, her sister Tracy Williams of Wilmington & cockatiel Ernie. Born July 16, 1969 in Raleigh, Lisa was known for her calm, quiet demeanor, quick wit, kindred spirit & charisma. A graduate of ECU, earned a Master of Library Science from NCCU, Master of Arts & Liberal Studies from UNCW. She was Associate Director of Library Science, Randall Library, UNCW. She enjoyed gardening, traveling, movies, & the beach. Graveside service will be held at 11:00am on Friday July 18, 2014 at Maplewood Cemetery, Wilson. A celebration of life will be held 3:00 to 5:00pm on Saturday July 19, 2014 at Wilmington Burial & Cremation, Wilmington.
