Louise Fann Shinbara

Raleigh - Louise F. Shinbara, 88, of Raleigh passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2013. She is the daughter of the late William Edward Fann, Sr. and Lucy Annettie Hill. She is preceded in death by one sister, Elsie Rex Baucom and one brother, William (Bill) Edward Fann. Louise owned and operated Shinbara Child Care in Northside 1957 - 1995. She also started Shinbara Home Child Care in 1995- current. Louise is survived by her four children, Susan Wells and Greg; Betsy Shinbara and Jay Street; Cindy Padgett and Rhett; Tim Shinbara and Debbie; 7 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Funeral Services will be conducted, 10:00 am, Saturday, in the Chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 831 Wake Forest Rd. Entombment will follow at Brier Creek Memorial Gardens.
