Lucy Matthews Moore

ANGIER- Lucy M. Moore, 84, died Saturday, October 6, 2012 in Dunn, N. C. A native of Harnett County, she was the daughter of the late Carlie Benton Matthews and Katie Matthews. She was predeceased by her husband, James Moore, two brothers, Tiny Matthews and Clifton Matthews and five sisters, Zola Lawrence, Lottie Surles, Hazel Stevens, Myrtle McGee and Murlie Denton. She is survived by a son, James Larry Moore of Angier and one daughter, Sandra Kay McLean of Dunn; one grandson, Douglas (Terri) Moore and one great granddaughter, Maci Lynn Moore, all of Angier. Visitation will be on Sunday, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home in Angier. Funeral service will be held on Monday, 2:00 p.m. in the Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel.
