Margaret Edwards Seal

Margaret Edwards Seal, age 59, passed away Sunday, December 29, 2024 in Raleigh, NC surrounded by her loving family.

Born August 22, 1965 in Wake County, she was the daughter of Charles and Sylvia Perry Edwards.

She found her greatest happiness in the simple pleasures of life, whether it was strolling along her favorite beaches or cheering passionately for her beloved Tarheels. A true sports enthusiast, Margaret's love for the game was matched only by her love for the people she shared it with. Margaret's kitchen was another cherished haven, where her meals brought together family and friends, filling both stomachs and hearts with love.

She is survived by her loving husband, Chris Seal of Raleigh, NC; mother, Sylvia Perry Truelove of Franklinton, NC; sister, Susie Frye and husband Chuck of Raleigh, NC; brother, Charles Edwards Jr. of Franklinton, NC; father-in-law and mother-in-law Sidney and Georgie Seal of Clayton, NC; brother-in-law, Ramey Seal and wife Kim of Louisburg, NC and numerous loving uncles, nephews and cousins.

Margaret was preceded in death by her father, Charles Linwood Edwards.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, January 3, 2025, at the Bryan-Lee Funeral Home Chapel at 1200 Benson Road, Garner, NC 27529. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service, starting at 1:00 PM on Friday. Burial will follow the funeral service at White Memorial Presbyterian Church Cemetery, 1459 White Memorial Church Road, Willow Spring, NC 27592.
