Margie H. Howard

ANGIER - Margie Holland Howard, 79, of Angier passed away Wednesday after a period of declining health. A native of Johnston County she was the daughter of the late Artemis and Flonnie Holland. She was predeceased by her husband Jimmy Clave Howard and siblings, Omalene H. Price, Annie Lou Tew and Kenneth Earl Holland. Margie was a loving mother and a dedicated and faithful member of Kennebec Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons, Steven Weaver of Bradenton, Fla. and Randy Weaver (Jennifer) of Cary, brother, Glen Holland of Angier, step-children, Rhonda Howard Heaster (Roger) of Dawson, WV; Robin Adams (Ronnie) of Clinton, Tammy Barefoot (Billy) of Clayton and Jim Howard of Benson and nine grandchildren. Funeral Services will be conducted at 3:00 pm on Sunday, October 28, 2012 at Kennebec Baptist Church with Pastor Mark Howard officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 2:00 - 3:00 prior to the service. Margies family is thankful for the special care given to her by Community Home Care & Hospice and the staffs of Sanford Health & Rehabilitation and Oak Hill Living Center.
