Marie B. Ausley

ANGIER- Marie Britt Ausley, 80, passed away Tuesday at her home. Born in Robeson County, she was the daughter of the late Hynard and Leola Rowell Britt. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 13th at 10:00AM at Lakeside Memorial Gardens, Angier. Marie is survived by her husband of 47 years, Cecil T. Ausley, Sr.; daughter, Teresa Macon (Ricky) of Garner; sons, Andy Scott (Lisa) of Raleigh, Chris A. Scott (Tonya) of Angier; sister, Clementine Warwick of Greensboro; grandchildren, Cecila Faircloth (John) of Garner, Ben Scott (Regina) of Sanford, Kristle Dickerson (Danny) of Willow Spring, Lisa Macon (Mike) of Benson, Lauren Hunt (Jason) of Angier, Christopher Weaver, Jr. of Clayton, Jessica Rimbey (Mike) of Fuquay-Varina, Troy Weaver of Angier, Brandi Young (Josh) of Willow Spring, Hannah Beck (Andrew) of Garner, Steven Scott of Raleigh, Adam Scott of Angier, Emilee Scott of Angier, Tabitha Crawford of Clayton, Ashley Barbour (Kenneth) of Clayton; and 14 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughters, Angie Weaver and Sherri Dykes; sons, Gerald Howard Scott and Cecil Thomas Ausley, Jr.
