Marie B. Sugg

Angier –Marie Blaylock Sugg, 77, passed away on Tuesday at her home. A native of Wake County, she was the daughter of the late Henry and Lily Poe Blaylock. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday at 12:00 PM at Angier Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Raleigh Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:30 AM prior to the service at the church. She is survived by her sons, David Sugg of Dunn, Norman Sugg and wife, Diane of Dunn; grandchildren, Ashley Lorraine Stewart and husband, Troy of Coats, Joseph Wayne Sugg and wife, Jamie of Angier; great-grandchildren, Landon Lee Wayne Sugg, Brookelyn Renee Stewart, Paisley Jean Stewart, Lacee Annalynn Sugg, Jackson Dean Stewart; sisters, Ruth Heater of Sumter, SC, Shirley Davis of Charlotte; brother-in-law, Michael Phillip Sugg and wife, Donna of Clayton. In addition to her parents, Marie is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Franklin Sugg; son, Wayne Sugg. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 2900 Rocky Point Dr. Tampa, FL 33607 in Marie’s memory.
