Marie D. Partin

ANGIER – Rose Marie Darnell Partin, 83, passed away on Tuesday. A native of Vance County she was the daughter of the late Horace Alston and Creolia Bertha Newton Darnell. Funeral Service will be held Friday at 3:00 PM at Trinity Baptist Church in Angier. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Surviving are her husband of 63 years, Jimmie Clifford Partin, son, Jim Partin of Bunn, daughters, Joy Partin Tindal of Charlotte, Cindy Partin Powell of Holly Springs and Cathy Partin Tilley of Fuquay-Varina; eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Trinity Baptist Church, P. O. Box 1089, Angier, NC 27501 or to The American Heart Association, 3131-100 RDU Center Dr., Morrisville, NC 27506.
