Mark Haynes Fogel

LILLINGTON – Mark Haynes Fogel, 47, passed away Friday, April 17, 2020 at his residence. Mark was born on May 23, 1972 in Skokie, IL to Hershey Fogel and Loueen Slaughter Fogel. After he relocated to North Carolina, Mark attended and graduated from Harnett Central High School, class of 1990. He honorably served his country in the U.S. Army, and after returning to North Carolina, held various jobs in the local area. Mark was preceded in death by his mother, Loueen Slaughter Fogel; father, Hershey Fogel; and an aunt, Sharon Caviness of Greensboro. He is survived by his sister, Lisa Fogel McKenna of Raleigh; a niece, Olivia Sophia McKenna of Raleigh; and his special companion, Kitty.
